All refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

The SLPD Support Guarantee provides year-round guidance, re-evaluation of your current payment arrangement at any time, repayment plan changes as many times it makes sense, constant follow up with the Department of Education on your behalf and time saving tasks completed by SLPD with your federal student loan servicer(s) giving you peace of mind in knowing that what you need done is completed correctly.
